3 months ago the job that I really enjoyed ended and I found myself struggling with the prospect of being out of work and out of a weekly wage.  I was also studying at the time, but I started falling behind as finding a job became my priority and focus.

I mentioned on the TCI Facebook page that I may need some coaching to get me through it and it was Jane who responded to my call for help.

Jane’s approach is undemanding, it was up to me how much I wanted to change my current situation, she was simply here to guide me.  Through Jane’s coaching I have been able to change my perspective on how I see myself which wasn’t great due to my confidence taking a beating.  Jane brought me to cause, helping me to see my actions and how they did not match what I was wanting.  Through being coached by Jane I have moved forward on running my own Reiki Practice, believing that I can do it!  It was not only Jane’s coaching ability that helped me, it is her insightfulness, life experience and generous spirit that has lifted mine.  I highly recommend Jane as a Personal Life Coach due to her sincerity and honesty.

Coaching Intensives

TiME to Grow offers a range of specifically tailored "Coaching Intensives" that focus upon specific needs for the client.

As an accredited life coach and a Level 1 Meta-Dynamic Practitioner, these additional skill sets enable an intensive and efficient change in thought patterns. 

During a Coaching Intensive session, there is a concerted effort to use explicitly a range of techniques to release the emotion. This is NOT hypnotherapy and the client stays fully present and is completely in control of their desired results. I facilitate the change with your full permission to work at an unconscious level and bring your conscious awareness to bring about transformational change.

Coaching Intensives can be complimentary to a coaching programme or a stand-alone session.

Whilst there is no guarantee of success, many clients have experienced an immediate release of the intensity of the emotion. 

Each session is specifically designed to target the desired outcome for the client which can vary with each individual.

Sessions can vary from one hour to a full day.  Due to the intensity of these sessions, time is allocated until the client is satisfied that the desired outcome is achieved.

My commitment to you is the time spent is efficient and effective and we work together to reach an emotional state where we are both satisfied.
