Values Elicitation Session

I approached Jane Cann of Time to Grow Coaching as I have big plans for the growth of my business and really wanted a fellow coach to help me drill down and hone in on my values to ensure that I get to those bigger business goals I have.

Through the Values elecitation process we came up with the values that will enable me to achieve my goals with more ease than had I not participated in this exercise.

I left Jane's as if I was walking on air, that a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and that I was on the right track to achieving my goals.

I found the experience to be simple yet complex and Jane's care and guidance during this session was second to none. Her willingness to serve - outstanding!

I would recommend Jane to anyone who is serious about achieving great results.

Coaching Intensives

TiME to Grow offers a range of specifically tailored "Coaching Intensives" that focus upon specific needs for the client.

As an accredited life coach and a Level 1 Meta-Dynamic Practitioner, these additional skill sets enable an intensive and efficient change in thought patterns. 

During a Coaching Intensive session, there is a concerted effort to use explicitly a range of techniques to release the emotion. This is NOT hypnotherapy and the client stays fully present and is completely in control of their desired results. I facilitate the change with your full permission to work at an unconscious level and bring your conscious awareness to bring about transformational change.

Coaching Intensives can be complimentary to a coaching programme or a stand-alone session.

Whilst there is no guarantee of success, many clients have experienced an immediate release of the intensity of the emotion. 

Each session is specifically designed to target the desired outcome for the client which can vary with each individual.

Sessions can vary from one hour to a full day.  Due to the intensity of these sessions, time is allocated until the client is satisfied that the desired outcome is achieved.

My commitment to you is the time spent is efficient and effective and we work together to reach an emotional state where we are both satisfied.
