Life Coaching

I was introduced to Jane through a friend of mine. My life had been very busy at the time and I felt very overwhelmed with certain opportunities and decisions that needed to be made regarding my career, not sure which were best for what I wanted out of life.  Since our very first session she assisted me in establishing what was truly important to me through identifying my core values, which gave me clarity  and further highlighted what I needed to do with my life so that I could live it with the utmost passion and drive.

I was skeptical at first with the idea of a life coach thinking I didn’t  need one but since completing just 6 sessions with Jane I now know that everyone at some point through their lives will highly benefit from one just as I have.

Not only has Jane given me the creative tools and education I required to hurdle through the challenges life has given me, she has inspired and motivated me leaving me energetic after every session and determined to fulfill my dreams and desires.

She is not only an extraordinary coach but an incredibly good human being. Count yourself lucky to have the opportunity to work with Jane just as I have because I am positive she will transform your life Just as she has transformed mine.

Overcoming Fear

-  Who would you BE if there was nothing to fear?
-  What would you DO if you were no longer afraid?
-  What would you HAVE in the absence of fear?

Even the most courageous and successful people have fears to overcome. When you choose to step out of your comfort zone and explore something new and uncertain, it may lead to the sense of fear.

How you choose to experience fear is a thought process. Although hard to believe, if you choose to change the meaning you have applied to a fear then the process of increased self-awareness (and choice of language to describe a fear) will empower you to make fear work for you, not against you.

Nothing needs to hold you back from creating a life on your terms except your own thoughts.

Universal Fears

All human beings share at least three of the fears in the chart below.  Often how we avoid the feelings associated to these fears are behaviours we learn in childhood. Many remain at a deeply unconscious level in adulthood!
